MINIMUM BOOKING

The Glamp-Out requires a minimum of 10 accommodation setups. The Build Your Glamp-Out form will track your accommodation quantity and let you know if additional setups are required before you can continue.

 

OCCUPANCY

Basic Camping, Camping Plus, Basic Glamping, Full Glamp and Ultimate Moonlight Oasis sleep a maximum of two guests per setup. Full Glamp Extreme sleeps a maximum of four guests per setup. The form will make sure your selected accommodations provide enough sleeping capacity for your entire group.

 

PAYMENT WITH SUBMISSION

A payment of at least 50% of the estimated total is required when the form is submitted. You may choose to pay more than 50% or pay the estimated total in full. Your payment is based on the estimated total shown in the form. After your date and selections are reviewed, your final total, amount paid and any remaining balance will be verified.

 

CHOOSE THREE DATES

Select three Friday dates that will work for your entire group. Please choose carefully because one of the three dates you submit will be approved.

Make sure your group is available for all three dates before submitting the form and payment. Customer requested date changes are not permitted after a date has been confirmed.

Once one of your dates is approved and your final total is verified, you will receive your confirmed Glamp-Out date and final invoice or account statement. Because your initial payment has already been collected, your reservation becomes officially BOOKED when your date confirmation is sent.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After you submit your Build Your Glamp-Out form and payment, you will receive an automatic acknowledgment and payment receipt.

We will review:

1. Your three requested Friday dates

2. Your total guest count

3. Your accommodation selections and sleeping capacity

4. Your meal selections and quantities

5. Your add-ons and quantities

6. Your estimated total

7. The amount already paid

One of your three requested dates will be approved, and your final total will be verified.

 

You will then receive your confirmed Glamp-Out date, final invoice or account statement, remaining balance and required agreements. Because you have already paid at least 50%, your reservation becomes officially BOOKED when your date confirmation is sent. No consultation or additional email exchange is required unless something in your submission needs clarification.

 

PAYMENT

If a balance remains after your date and final total are confirmed, the remaining balance is due 30 days before your scheduled Glamp-Out.

Your final invoice or account statement will show:

1. Your confirmed date

2. Your final total

3. The amount already paid

4. Your remaining balance

5. Your balance due date

The payment system will issue a receipt whenever a payment is made. Final location and arrival details will not be released until the reservation is paid in full and all required agreements are completed.

 

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND DATE POLICY

Preparations for your Glamp-Out begin well in advance and may include the purchase of food, materials, supplies and other items specifically for your group. For this reason, all payments are nonrefundable. Customer requested date changes are not permitted after one of your three submitted dates has been confirmed. Please make sure your entire group is available for all three dates before submitting the form and payment.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER

The Glamp-Out is an outdoor experience. If The Glamp-Out determines that weather conditions require your experience to be rescheduled, all payments will be transferred to a replacement date. Your group will receive three available replacement Friday dates from which to choose. You will not be required to submit another deposit or rebuild your reservation. Payments remain nonrefundable and will be applied to the rescheduled Glamp-Out. Unless you receive an official weather rescheduling notice from The Glamp-Out, your experience will continue as scheduled.
